Activity 1: The Rivalry Debate
Motion: "Local neighbourhood rivalries and tribalism are a positive force for community spirit, even if they sometimes lead to conflict."
Split into two teams. Team A argues that deep loyalty to a small group creates a sense of belonging and pride; Team B argues that it leads to exclusion, aggression, and unnecessary division.
