Qingming Festival (China)
The Qingming Festival, also known as Tomb-Sweeping Day, is a traditional Chinese festival that has been observed for over 2,500 years. It is a day for families to visit the graves of their ancestors, clean the tombs, and offer food and tea. This lesson explores the debt to the past—how much do we owe to the people who came before us? We explore the balance of life and death and why honoring our roots keeps a culture strong.
