Online English Lessons for Polish Speakers

Learn English Online with a Native Speaker (For Polish Speakers)

Giving YOU the chance to SPEAK!!

Online English Lessons Designed for Polish Speakers

If your first language is Polish, you probably already know some English… but maybe you still hesitate when you speak, worry about grammar, or feel that your pronunciation sounds “too Polish”. You’re not alone.

My online English lessons for Polish speakers are designed to fix exactly that. We focus on real speaking practice, not just filling in gaps in a book. You work directly with a British native speaker who understands the typical mistakes Polish students make and knows how to correct them in a friendly, motivating way.

Lessons are held online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in Poland – Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, or a small town in the countryside – as long as you have a quiet place, a headset, and an internet connection.

If you’re ready to finally use the English you’ve learned and not just study grammar rules, these lessons are for you.

Why Polish Speakers Benefit from a Native Speaker

Polish and English are very different languages. This means Polish speakers often have similar challenges:

  • Mixing up a, an and the
  • Using direct translations from Polish that sound strange in English
  • Finding English small talk awkward or unnatural
  • Struggling with English word stress and intonation
  • Feeling confident reading and writing, but afraid to speak

A native English speaker can help you fix these quickly because you hear natural English in every lesson. We work on:

  • Pronunciation – clear, natural English that people understand globally
  • Grammar in conversation – using correct tenses while you speak
  • Real phrases and useful vocabulary for work and everyday life
  • Polite English for emails, meetings and international communication

Because the lessons are one-to-one, you don’t have to feel shy in front of a group. You speak more, get more corrections, and improve faster than in a big classroom.

How the Online Lessons Work

Your lessons are simple, flexible and focused on real communication. Here’s how it usually works:

  1. Free chat and level check – we speak in English so I can hear your level, pronunciation and typical mistakes. You tell me your goals: work, travel, exams, confidence, or something else.
  2. Personalised plan – I build a lesson plan around you. That can include general conversation, Business English, exam preparation or job interview practice.
  3. Regular Zoom lessons – we meet online at times that fit your schedule. You can study before or after work, on your lunch break, or in the evening.
  4. Corrections & feedback – I correct your mistakes in a natural way while we speak, and I give you new phrases to sound more fluent and confident.
  5. Practice between lessons – I can suggest short tasks, videos or reading so you keep improving between lessons.

Focus Areas for Polish Students

Every student is different, but these are some of the most popular areas Polish speakers choose to work on:

  • Speaking for everyday life – chatting with friends abroad, travelling, using English on holidays without stress.
  • Business English – meetings, presentations, job interviews and professional emails with international colleagues.
  • Exam preparation – support for IELTS, TOEFL, FCE and other exams, including structure and useful writing phrases.
  • Accent & pronunciation – keeping your Polish identity, but making your English clearer and easier to understand.

We can also build lessons around your own materials: documents from work, university texts, or presentation slides you need to deliver in English.

Why Choose One-to-One Lessons Instead of a Group?

Group courses can be fun, but they often mean:

  • You speak for only a few minutes each lesson
  • The teacher cannot correct everyone in detail
  • The level of the group is too high or too low for you

With individual online lessons you:

  • Speak for most of the lesson – not just listen
  • Get personal feedback on your Polish-English mistakes
  • Study exactly what you need for your life and job
  • Can easily reschedule when your plans change

Many students tell me that 30 minutes one-to-one online feels more useful than 90 minutes in a group class, because they finally get the chance to speak.
