Created to counteract the thousands of lawyer jokes that exist, Be Kind to Lawyers Day (held on the second Tuesday of April) encourages us to appreciate the people who defend our rights and navigate the complex legal world. This lesson explores professional stereotypes—why do we love to hate certain jobs? We explore the role of the law in society and whether a lawyer can truly be your best friend in a crisis.
