Activity 1: The Vertical Farmer

The Task: You are a start-up founder pitching the sky-Garden to a group of billionaire investors. Your technology grows carrots in 100-story buildings using zero soil and 90% less water. Defend your plan against a traditional farmer who says your food has no soul.

Activity 2: Rapid Fire Debate

Justify in 30 seconds: 1. 'Genetic modification is the only way to feed 10 billion people.' 2. 'Nature is not efficient, and that's why we must improve it.' 3. 'We should prioritise calories over flavour in a global food crisis.'
