Activity 1: The Workspace Architect
The Task: You are a sensory design consultant. A tech company wants to hire 10 autistic programmers but their current office is loud, bright, and full of mandatory social events. Propose 3 structural changes and 2 cultural rules to make the environment thrive. Pitch it to the CEO.
Activity 2: Rapid Fire Debate
Justify in 30 seconds: 1. 'Social skills are overrated in 90% of jobs.' 2. 'The world would be more efficient if everyone was 100% honest, regardless of feelings.' 3. 'A person's value to a company should be based on output, not how well they fit into the team culture.'
