World Laughter Day
Founded in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, the creator of Laughter Yoga, World Laughter Day promotes global peace through the universal language of laughter. Today, laughter clubs exist in over 100 countries. Today we're debating the science of joyβis laughter really the best medicine, or is it just a temporary distraction from a serious world? We explore the biology of the giggle.
